You have to calculate the costs of finishing materials for the developer. In the multi-family house are 10 identical flats. Each flat consisted of:

  1. Kitchen (floor: 4x2 m, terracotta; walls: 50% terracotta and 50% paint, ceiling: paint)
  2. Bathroom (floor: 4x2 m, terracotta; walls: terracotta; ceiling: paint)
  3. Bedroom x3  (floor: 4x4 m, floor panels; walls: paint; ceiling: paint)
  4. Corridor (floor: 4x2 m, terracotta; walls: paint, ceiling: paint)

The floor height is 3 m. Calculate the amount of required material for one flat and the whole house as well as the total cost for a single flat and the house, knowing the prices of surface finishes: 

  • paint 30 PLN/m2
  • terracotta 150 PLN/m2
  • floor panels 100 PLN/m2
