The idea of the example is based on the use of CNC machine tool (milling machine tool) for the aims of preparation of drawings. In order to achieve the goal, the tool holder should be adapted to various drawing tools such as pens, pencils, crayons, etc. These tools will be used to draw on a sheet of paper, workpiece or on similar objects. The product development phase concerns developing of the special holder which could be clamped to the universal CNC machine tool holder (for example the tool holder having SK40 cone).
Short introduction presenting a considered example and its application The example presents a tooling system (punch and die) which is used in metal forming process. The stages of product design and manufacturing concern tooling system itself, and also a metal sheet, which is shaped by the use of the tooling system. Metal sheet is manufactured by using milling pro-cess while a tooling system is manufactured in electro discharge machining and milling.
